(1) Vendor needs to provide compensation study services for benefits for current and proposed non bargaining unit positions, management to evaluate the full scope and breadth of positions to include essential functions, autonomy, educational requirements, experience and other factors relating to compensability, assess and make recommendations to update current compensation structure in efforts to provide a fair, competitive, transparent, sustainable and fiscally responsible program to the government authority located in Cincinnati, OH.
(2) All questions must be submitted in writing no later than October 30, 2018.

[D] Work Performance:
Performance of the work will be Offsite. Vendor needs to carry work in their office location.
