Government authority located in Columbus, Ohio, USA based organization looking for expert vendor for refuse data collection system.
[A] Budget: Looking for Proposals
[B] Scope of Service:
(1) Vendor needs to provide refuse data collection system to the government authority located in Columbus, OH.
- Providing and installing the software and associated equipment needed for the system, including any software and equipment needed for the refuse vehicles.
- Perform all system programming and data entry needed to make the system operational and ready to be turned over for the City to operate.
- Integration with the existing Route Smart system, and integration with any other City systems if necessary.
- Initial report programming.
- Establishing a data storage system to be used for the ongoing storage of data collected by the system and for reporting.
- Provide training materials and train City staff on the daily use of the system (including the use of any equipment installed in vehicles) and system administration so the City is able to operate the system, operate the equipment, generate reports, program new reports, and administer the system without the need of help from the awarded company after City acceptance of the system.
- Provide “go-live” support during the time immediately preceding and following the transition of the system to active City use.
(2) A pre-proposal meeting will be held on November 5, 2018.
(3) All question must be submitted no later than November 14, 2018.
[C] Eligibility:
Onshore (USA Only)
[D] Work Performance:
Performance of the work will be Offsite. Vendor needs to carry work in their office location.
