[B] Scope of Service:
(1) Vendor needs to provide ground truck scale systems to plan, implement, and evaluate the youth component of our Tobacco Use Prevention and Control Program that would like to obtain behavioral data from middle school and high school youth throughout the state, this data will be used to examine the trend of health-risk behaviors and tobacco use among youth, while allowing programs and strategies to be developed that can reduce as well as prevent the increase in health-risk behaviors of youth to the government authority located in Columbus, OH.
(2) All questions must be submitted no later than November 7, 2018.

- Onshore (USA Only);
[D] Work Performance:
Performance of the work will be Offsite. Vendor needs to carry work in their office location
