[A] Budget: Looking for Proposal
[B] Scope of Service:
(1) Vendor needs to provide learning management system for online training to various disciplines, including social workers, counselors, psychologists, doctors, online training to various disciplines, including social workers, counselors, psychologists, and doctors,
- Ability to create specific curriculum, including online courses and live trainings that can be assigned to users with specific criteria and requirements,
- Manage, track, and schedule live trainings through the system,
- Be a stand-alone system with no server rental fees,
- Be able to create skills assessment checklists in the system for any step-by step task to prove competency,
- Track completions and print out certificates of completion for all courses and live trainings,
- able to automatically enroll and re-enroll annually in assigned trainings or curriculum,
- A help system (online and live) that is to help assist with logistics design and program management,
- Allow user to give course feedback,
- Able to have a Pre-Test, Post-Test for each subject,
- Provide courses that have the ability to source multiple media assets (audio, video and graphic files) from multiple locations,
- Reports available for immediate download or print, based on course completions, employee training records, course enrollments and specialized criteria,
- Ability to customize existing online courses by adding agency specific content,
- Automated email reminders for upcoming courses and to learners and supervisors for overdue courses,
- Permit learners to self-enroll in online courses,
- Microsoft Outlook calendar sync for learners and instructors,
- Develop customized training plans (career-pathing) for all employees,
- Develop unique training programs by grouping courses into a curriculum targeted.
(2) All questions must be submitted no later than November 16, 2018.

Performance of the work will be Offsite. Vendor needs to carry work in their office location
