[B] Scope of Service:
(1) Vendor needs to provide aspect products and related services in support of the call center operations installed at the agency, the call center operations at agency are mission critical to agency ability to serve agency customers, agency needs to purchase maintenance for components of the currently installed system, additional licenses as needed for future expansion of the current aspect functionality and services to develop and implement enhancements and improvements and support additional users related to agency and the city’s use of the existing aspect call center functionality.
(2) Contract period will be one year.

Onshore (USA Only)
[D] Work Performance:
Performance of the work will be Offsite. Vendor needs to carry work in their office premises.
