[A] Budget: Looking for Proposal
[B] Scope of Service:
(1) Vendor needs to provide post transactional support services phase of the lifecycle (i.e. after lease execution), including independent trust agreements, accounting services, financial services for all financial structures under the enhanced-use lease program, and to provide auditing services to the government authority located in Independence OH.
- Project Manager to manage work including leadership and communicate with stakeholders, project planning and scheduling, Performance monitoring and measurement, Stakeholders briefing, etc.
- Project analysis and reporting including assist in devising new or revised reporting policies and procedures, perform special studies to improve reporting operations, resolve reporting issues, assist in the creation and review of program policy formulation and development.
- Accounting, finance, performance and function including market and asset resolution support, support asset sales, provide post sale analysis and resolution support, review of construction performance bonds and issues.
- Financial management services including conduct financial system compliance reviews, assist with implementation of corrective actions, perform cost-benefit or other special financial analysis, perform performance review of bonds, etc.
(2) This bid is set aside for Service-Disabled Veteran-Owned Small Business.
(3) All the questions must be submitted no later than November 7, 2018.

Onshore (USA Only)
[D] Work Performance:
Performance of the work will be Offsite. Vendor needs to carry work in their office location.
