[A] Budget: Looking for Proposal
[B] Scope of Service:
Vendor needs to provide 24 X 7 call answering Service placed to the Helpline in off hours, including nights and weekends and helpline between the hours of 4:45pm and 8:00am Monday through Friday and 24 X 7 Saturday, Sunday and State observed Holidays.
- Ensures adequate training and information is available for referral agency staff.
- Maintain the ability to live transfer to a crisis line.
- Ensures confidentiality for callers and a records retention and disposal policy.
- Monitors calls for customer satisfaction.
- Establish a toll-free or local number to forward calls.
- Develop a queue specific to the Helpline to track calls.
- Produce reports on call volume, client need and disposition related to substance use disorder calls.
[C] Eligibility:
- Onshore (USA Only);
[D] Work Performance:
Performance of the work will be Offsite. Vendor needs to carry work in their office location.
