[A] Budget: Looking for Proposals
[B] Scope of Service:
(1) Vendor needs to provide strategic plan development service to consult in the strategic planning process to make informed and deliberate decisions about our future goals and initiatives.
- Help to decide what it wants to be in the future, and how the district can position itself to be prepared for the future while still retaining those qualities.
- Transform the conceptual goals of the visioning process into realistic, achievable targets.
- Encourage engagement and spark the interest and excitement of staff and others.
- Provide a process that allows general alignment and focus of staff, to foster a sense of cohesion as to strategic direction.
- Chart an effective, considered, and innovative course of action for future, setting priorities and maximizing innovative opportunities.
- Recognize economic development potential and ways to diversify the local economy.
- Plan for sustainability: The consultant must facilitate, guide, and create a strategic plan in alignment with the board of education.
(2) All questions must be submitted no later than December 7, 2018.
[C] Eligibility:
- Onshore (USA Only);
[D] Work Performance:
Performance of the work will be Offsite. Vendor needs to carry work in their office location.
