Government Authority located in Ohio; USA based organization looking for expert vendor for internal licensing web-based program and mobile application design, develop and implement services.
[A] Budget: Looking for Proposals
[B] Scope of Service:
(1) Vendor needs to provide, design, develop, and implement an internal licensing web-based program and mobile application for the city’s license section.
- The application design and application language environment must be modular and flexible and support easy extensibility so that new functions and capabilities can be added without large-scale reprogramming.
- The system must provide an acceptable response time for user queries, report generation, general data entry, and ad hoc reporting.
- The application should support the capability to interface with GIS (to be able to identify where specific types of equipment are located throughout the city and inspection status) and GPS to show the driving directions to specific locations.
- Supports devices running Windows 10, Android operating systems, most recent Apple operating system.
- The web-based application should be able to run in Microsoft Edge, Internet Explorer 11, Google Chrome, Mozilla Firefox, and Apple Safari.
- Graphical user interface is designed to support touchscreen capabilities.
(2) All questions must be submitted no later than December 14, 2018.
[C] Eligibility:
- Onshore (USA Only);
[D] Work Performance:
Performance of the work will be Offsite. Vendor needs to carry work in their office location.
