[A] Budget: Looking for Proposal
[B] Scope of Service:
(1) Vendor needs to provide community action research consulting services that will guide efforts to learn from Black parents/caregivers and service providers about kindergarten transition, perspectives about the library and community needs, make program and practice recommendations, and devise action steps to implement culturally responsive, research-informed recommendations,
- Collaborate with Black families and caregivers through a two-year community learning initiative, including codesign and community dialog sessions,
- Build capacity of a core project team of the library’s Black Cultural Library Advocates librarians and library assistants, to co-lead community engagement efforts and to carry this work forward with Black communities and a broader range of cultural groups in the future,
- Identify the areas of greatest need and opportunity for supporting kindergarten transition among Black children to the government authority located in Ohio.
(2) A mandatory pre-bid conference will be held on December 17, 2018.

Onshore (USA Only)
[D] Work Performance:
Performance of the work will be Offsite. Vendor needs to carry work in their office location.
