(1) Vendor needs to provide marketing research services that provides with the appropriate data to assist with targeting and defining the current non-rider segment, with a particular focus on the potential-rider and brand perceptions amongst the non-rider segment, with a particular focus on the potential-rider.
- Define and develop effective marketing strategies and cost-effective communication activities
- Address operational issues and opportunities to meet the needs of the marketplace
- Measure brand perception
- Provide insight on long-term strategic planning
- Provide reports and result-oriented recommendations then turn the data into information that will be useful for staff as they develop service and marketing campaigns for the future.
- Provide a plan for the marketing research methodology that will be used relevance, justification and implementation details for each.

[D] Work Performance:
Performance of the work will be Offsite. Vendor needs to carry work in their office location.
