Vendor needs to provide website development and design services using content management system must be compatible with mobile devices including Windows, Apple, Chrome and Android, browsers including Safari, Chrome, Firefox and Internet Explorer and social media.
- Identify and prioritize the most critical online services and to outline the work involved in the 3 phases for the web strategy.
- Develop creative designs including creative design concepts, ensure site is designed responsively for desktop, smartphone and tablets, incorporate an easy to use content management system so that additions and changes can be made quickly and easily by non-programmers, establish testing criteria and procedures, including intrusion testing to identify any web security vulnerabilities and implement mitigation, import data and digital assets from present website and transfer to new site, develop usage tracking for stakeholder feedback.
- Involve future website functionality enhancements, data integration and application creation.
- Select and implement a content management system.
- Develop Theme for content management system.

Onshore (USA Only)
[D] Work Performance:
Performance of the work will be Offsite. Vendor needs to carry work in their office location.
