[B] Scope of Service:
(1) Vendor needs to provide temporary services for various position including medical laboratory technicians, chemist, pharmacist and pharmacy technician including level chemistry and biology courses, able to drive a car in the performance of job duties, collect and deliver water samples for laboratory analysis, able to assess safety conditions at the public swimming pools and spas, advise the sanitarian of situations or conditions that require immediate attention, assist in training of field personnel, laboratory technicians and laboratory assistants and analyses various types of samples for required parameters covering physical and chemical and microbiological parameters using approved methods to the government authority located in Cincinnati, OH.
(2) All questions must be submitted no later than January 4, 2019.

Performance of the work will be Onsite. Vendor needs to carry work in their office location.
