(1) Vendor needs to provide medical administrative services and pharmacy benefits management and onsite physician services to the government authority located in Cincinnati, OR.
1. Medical Administrative Services (Medical)
2. Pharmacy Benefits Management (Rx)
3. Flexible Spending Account (FSA) | Health Savings Account (HSA) | Health Reimbursement Account (HRA)
a. HRA is intended to be used as a means to provide member access to earned wellness funds as part of the city wellness program
b. HRA is not a Health Reimbursement Arrangement
4. COBRA Administration (COBRA)
5. Bundled Services: (Bundled Services)
a. Direct Primary Care
b. All Other Medical Service Bundles
6. Onsite Physician Services (City Physician)
a. Contract to include occupational and urgent care.
(2) All questions must be submitted no later than December 17 to 21, 2018.
(3) Contract period will be for three years.
