[A] Budget: Looking for Proposal
[B] Scope of Service:
(1) Vendor needs to provide banking depository services for comprehensive banking, depository, and cash management services, encourages financial institutions to submit the most comprehensive proposal possible offering the highest quality of service while providing opportunities for improving the current management of cash flow, also interested in various technological advances that could improve banking, cash management, and customer service capabilities,
- To develop long lasting relationships with financial institutions that display a core commitment to community support, economic development, non-profit organization support, small businesses and job creation programs,
- A concentration/zero balance account system to consolidate cash balances on a daily basis. cash, check, automatic clearing house and wire credits may be made into any zero-balance account, wire debits are to be made only from the general operating account,
- The services including, but is not limited to the following:
- Account reconciliation and maintenance,
- ACH processing,
- Branch deposits,
- Branch services,
- Check processing of both encoded and non-encoded items,
- Coin and currency purchasing,
- Check processing,
- Daily and monthly reporting by both paper and electronic methods,
- Depository services,
- Night drop,
- Retail Lockbox Services,
- Return item processing,
- Same day availability of funds and other banking services as needed
- Transaction research,
- Vault services,
- Wholesale Lockbox Services,
- Wire processing to the government authority located in Dayton, OH.
(2) All questions must be submitted no later than January 4, 2019.
(3) A contract term will be for five years.

Onshore (USA Only)
[D] Work Performance:
Performance of the work will be Offsite. Vendor needs to carry work in their office location.
