[A] Budget: Looking for Proposals
[B] Scope of Service:
(1) Vendor needs to provide reservation and registration system.
• A single website with the functionality to allow the public to make and modify all specified reservations, manage their customer profile, and renew watercraft registrations;
• An in-park campground reservation management module;
• A watercraft registration module for both staff and contracted agents that includes title record management and registration decal inventory management;
• A comprehensive point-of-sale module that is seamlessly integrated into the overall system that includes the sale of merchandise, inventory management, equipment rentals, and gift cards;
• A financial management module to track and report all payments and refunds made in the system;
• A customer loyalty module;
• A transient and seasonal boat dock management module, for both state-owned and privately-owned docks;
• A customer-satisfaction survey module;
• The ability to easily generate operational and financial reports in the central office and at all field and registration agent locations; and
• All software, data storage capacity, installation and technical support necessary to run the system.
(2) All questions must be submitted no later than January 18, 2019.
(3) A pre-proposal conference will be held on January 14, 2019.

Performance of the work will be Offsite. Vendor needs to carry work in their office location.
