[A] Budget: Looking for Proposals
[B] Scope of Service:
(1) Vendor needs to provide vending services to the government authority located in Cleveland, OH.
- Food
- Beverages
- Condiments
- Paper Products
- Flatware
- Napkins
- Microwave Ovens
- Food and beverages machines
- Change making machines
- All perishable food and beverages should be dated with expiration
- Supplies including microwave ovens and change making machines shall be provided where applicable
- Cutlery plastic forks, spoons and knives and condiment stands should be provided at locations with food machines
- Successful vendor shall provide entertainment equipment, including pool tables at agreed upon locations
- The vendor will provide for the restocking of food or beverage machines as needed, but not less than once a week
- Maintenance shall be performed in a timely manner
- Vendor will be required to remove and dispose of any unused materials used in restocking the machines
(2) A site-visit will be held on January 11, 2019.
(3) All question must be submitted no later than January 17, 2019.
(4) Contract period will be for three years.
