Government Authority located in Cincinnati, Ohio; USA based organization looking for expert vendor for Continuous Process Improvement Consultant Services for the Emergency Communications Center.
[A] Budget: Looking for Proposals
[B] Scope of Service:
(1) Vendor needs to provide Continuous Process Improvement Consultant Services for the
Emergency Communications Center, implementing process improvement. Ideally, to contract with a firm experienced in working with 911 emergency communications centers and/or first respondents, but is willing to entertain proposals from firms with expertise in process improvement in other industries, how they can implement, track, and measure continuous improvement processes as related to the City’s
emergency call taking, dispatching, and public safety-first responder functions
- incident report is a 911 and public safety communications subject matter expert review of
the internal investigation report and ECS’s handling of the 911 calls related to the Kyle Plush incident to the government authority located in Cincinnati, OH.
(2) A non-mandatory Pre-Submission meeting shall be held on January 15, 2019.
(3) All question must be submitted no later than January 25, 2019.
[C] Eligibility:
- Onshore (USA Only);
[D] Work Performance:
Performance of the work will be Offsite. Vendor needs to carry work in their office location.
