[A] Budget: Looking for Proposals
[B] Scope of Service:
(1) Vendor needs to provide kinship and adoption navigator program consultant service to the government authority located in Columbus, OH.
- Research past and current kinship navigator programs and in other states to identify lessons learned. research kinship services to determine the breadth of services and programs available. additionally, determine the areas of the state where services are lacking, and the plan to engage regional and community support in efforts to increase such services and programs.
- Research past and current post-adoption programs in other states to determine the best approach for regionally based information and referral services. research post-adoption services to determine the breadth of services and programs available. additionally, determine the areas of the state where services are lacking, and the plan to engage regional and community support in efforts to increase such services and programs.
- Research federally approved kinship navigator programs or other evidence-based, evidence informed or promising services and supports for kinship caregivers.
- Organize a stakeholder group to participate in the development kinship and adoption navigator program, ensuring the inclusion of stakeholders representing diverse viewpoints and backgrounds, to include those with experience in kinship care and those with experience in adoption.
- Plan and facilitate stakeholder meetings to develop meeting agendas, invite stakeholder group members, and ensure meeting minutes are developed and distributed to stakeholder group members.
- Develop a workplan and monitor progress to ensure that the development kinship and
adoption navigator program is progressing within established timeframes.
- Develop an implementation plan to guide the rollout and evaluation of the designed kinship and adoption navigator program. the implementation plan should include timeframes and benchmarks for rollout, budget projections, identification of other resource needs, and an evaluation plan. this could be accomplished via subcontract with an evaluator, who would give perspective on how the evaluation would work, if the project management vendor does not have evaluation expertise.
(2) All question must be submitted no later than January 17, 2019.

Performance of the work will be Offsite. Vendor needs to carry work in their office location.
