[A] Budget: Looking for Proposals
[B] Scope of Service:
(1) Vendor needs to provide inspection services including initial move-in inspections, biennial inspections, emergency inspections, complaint inspections, follow up reinspection on units found to be non-compliant, special inspections or all of the inspection services that may result in the award of more than one contract for the housing choice voucher inspections to the government authority located in Hamilton, OH.
(2) All questions had been submitted no later than January 15, 2019.
(3) The term of the contract shall be three year.

[D] Work Performance:
Performance of the work will be Offsite. Vendor needs to carry work in their office location.
