[A] Budget: Looking for Proposals
[B] Scope of Service:
Vendor needs to provide light sheet microscope services to the government authority located in Kent, OH.
- Up to 6 light sheets for better penetration and reduction in shadowing
- Ability to image in aqueous or organic solvents
- Ability to image large samples, the sample cuvette is 72 x 74 mm in X and Y and 35 mm deep
- Ability to use both zoom optics and infinity corrected optics
- Data files in GB as opposed to TB for whole brain imaging
- Horizontal focus imaging mode, where by the thinnest part of the light sheet scans across the sample
- Working distance of up to 10 mm - Samples can be translated 10 mm in X and Y for tiling
- Exchange of samples without the need or draining the imaging chamber
- Software controlled tube lens enables implementation of infinity corrected objective lenses
