[A] Budget: Looking for Proposal
[B] Scope of Service:
Vendor needs to provide healthcare flexible spending accounts, dependent care and COBRA Services.
- Claims administration must provide a declining balance debit/credit card for direct payment of eligible expenses as permitted by IRS regulations, administrator must provide paper claims forms for manual reimbursement, administrator must process claims daily, administrator must review each claim to determine the appropriate benefit payment based on the terms and conditions of the flexible spending/dependent care plan in a manner that is applicable with state and federal regulations, administrator must provide an explanation of benefits with each adjudicated claim and medical expenses and dependent care information must be available to employees to allow them to knowledgeably choose between flexible spending accounts and itemizing the expense for federal income tax purposes.
- Administration services requested include: plan design, development of administrative procedures, coordination with payroll and personnel functions, conducting employee education seminars as needed, enrollment, ongoing communications and reporting.
- COBRA eligible plans include medical, dental, health flexible spending accounts, HRAs and vision coverages.
[C] Eligibility:
- Onshore (USA Only);
[D] Work Performance:
Performance of the work will be Offsite. Vendor needs to carry work in their office location
