[A] Budget: Looking for Proposals
[B] Scope of Service:
(1) Vendor needs to provide insurance brokerage services to the government authority located in Columbus, OH.
- Review and analyse the terms and conditions of various insurance carriers
- Solicit proposals on behalf for insurance desires to secure, evaluate proposals and make recommendations to for further action
- Make suggestions on current approach to insurance and risk management as required to maximize coverage and to minimize cost
- After contract award to various insurance carriers, the consultant shall secure binders and policies in a timely fashion and ensure that these binders and policies are correct in content
- Ensure that does not obtain unnecessary duplication of coverage and ensure that all coverage complies with requirements
- Conduct annual reviews of insurance programs prior to the expiration dates of insurance coverage and recommend changes as necessary, to implement the consultant recommendations
(2) All question must be submitted no later than February 14, 2019.
(3) Contract period will be for three years.
