[A] Budget: Looking for Proposal
[B] Scope of Service:
(1) Vendor needs to provide vendor collaboration portal and software that include ability of vendors to propose alternate bids, ability of vendors to view the real time status of their purchase orders, ability of the city to perform invitations to bid, requests for proposals, requests for information, quick informal quotes, and reverse auctions, ability of the city to create templates for buyer use, ability of the city to rank, score and analyse responses to RFP’s, ability of the city to notify vendors of solicitation opportunities based upon the products they offer and/or their geographic location, ability of the city to notify vendors of bid award through the portal, ability to post bid results and RFP tabulations on the portal, ability of vendors to list their subcontractors and subcontractor expenses in their responses, ability of vendors to register at the portal, and the approval process for such registration, ability of vendors to add and delete multiple users at the portal and ability of vendors to invoice the City through the portal.
(2) All question must be submitted no later than February 22, 2019.
(3) Contract period will be two years.

- Onshore (USA Only);
[D] Work Performance:
Performance of the work will be Offsite. Vendor needs to carry work in their office location
