Government Authority located in Ohio; USA based organization looking for expert vendor for electronic medical record system.
[A] Budget: Looking for Proposals
[B] Scope of Service:
(1) Vendor needs to provide electronic medical record system for both in-patient and clinical practices.
- Work must contain the following items (at a minimum), so that UTMC may clearly understand how the system will be implemented and supported post go-live.
• A project plan document describing the work plan and schedule for the implementation and post go-live work
• Description of roles and expectations by vendor including what function UTMC will be responsible for in the project. This should be displayed in the form of a responsibility matrix
• Description of the development and configuration activities, so the actual implementation work is clear. This will include such items as table configuration and any custom scripts that are part of the implementation.
• Description of any data migration from current legacy systems to the proposed system.
• Description of training approach and program. This should include format and delivery, and also touch on post go-live training method.
• Description of work to implement and install the proposed system.
• Description of testing and turnover work, including user acceptance process.
• Describe any use of contractors or 3rd party vendors that are part of the proposed system architecture or implementation.
• Describe the post go-live support model and service level agreements, including any optional service.
(2) All questions must be submitted no later than February 19, 2019.
(3) Contract period will be for four years.

- Onshore (USA Only)
[D] Work Performance:
Performance of the work will be offsite. Vendor needs to carry work in their office location.
