[A] Budget: Looking for Proposal
[B] Scope of Service:
(1) Vendor needs to provide public information outreach services for engage residents and key stakeholders in blueprint goals, activities and education, demonstrate a robust community outreach effort that creates comprehensive solutions through coordination with multiple stakeholders, identify issues and recommend strategies solutions, develop alternative strategies and engagement techniques that can be deployed according to neighbourhood needs, proactively develop and implement strategies to educate and inform citizens about blueprint, develop and maintain websites to support engagement efforts, maintain a presence at key community events and community meetings to engage and inform residents, develop and implement neighbourhood and resident engagement campaigns, educational events, resident volunteer opportunities, recommend and implement additional outreach strategies to meet needs as identified during the design and construction process, maintain records/data regarding resident interactions for appropriate documentation and decision-making.
(2) All questions must be submitted no later than February 20, 2019.
[C] Eligibility:
- Onshore (USA Only);
[D] Work Performance:
Performance of the work will be Offsite. Vendor needs to carry work in their office location.
