[A] Budget: Looking for proposal
[B] Scope of Service:
(1) Vendor needs to provide ACH, wholesale lockbox and electronic payment services, merchant services, and credit card processing software services for two (2) service groups:
(1) Automated Clearing House (ACH), Wholesale Lockbox, and Electronic Payment Services and
(2) Credit Card Merchant and Processing Software Services. Qualified institutions must be able toprovide services for each service group. The objective of this RFP is to identify the financialinstitution(s) which can offer the highest quality for the best value.ACH services, wholesale lockbox services, and bank card acceptance are elements in the overallplan of the City to streamline revenue collection, speed receipt of payments, and lower overall
banking costs while maximizing interest income.
A. Respond to the public's demand for expanded payment options and convenience.
B. Enable government entities to achieve operational efficiencies.
C. Streamline revenue flow and improve cash management practices.
(2) All question had been submitted February 12, 2019.
(3) A contract period will be for five years.
[C] Eligibility:
Onshore (USA Only)
[D] Work Performance:
Performance of the work will be Offsite. Vendor needs to carry work in their office premises.
