(1) Vendor needs to provide medicaid reimbursement consulting services for management, review, and improvement of medicaid billing and reimbursement processes, review of existing reimbursement requests and processes and lobbying or partnering with a lobbying firm to petition for change to medicaid reimbursement schedule.
(2) All questions must be submitted no later than February 22, 2019.
