[A] Budget: Looking for proposal
[B] Scope of Service:
(1) Vendor needs to provide organizational assessment and training services to conduct an organizational self-assessment survey regarding trauma informed care, with the Residential Resources Division staff, which includes staff at the agency’s eight Developmental Centers. From the completed surveys the Contractor will identify the areas of need and determine the appropriate training to act upon the identified needs, work with the agency to review and update the vision, mission, and value statements of the Residential Resources division to align with the trauma informed care principles. Contractor will also help develop a philosophy statement that aligns with TIC principles, management staff to be capable of affecting organizational change at their individual Developmental Centers to become trauma informed care organizations for both staff and residents, every part of an organization or program understands the impact of trauma on the individuals they serve and promotes cultural and organizational change in responding to the people served and their families, Developmental Disabilities are more likely to experience trauma across the lifespan and has also demonstrated the effectiveness of Trauma‐Informed Care.
• Better health outcomes
• Marked reduction in the use of seclusion and restraint
• Increased consumer satisfaction
• Increased staff patience and consistency in approach
• Increased ability to de‐escalate crisis situations
• Decreased counter‐aggressive actions between clients and staff to the government authority located in Ohio.
(2) The contract term will be for three years.

Onshore (USA Only)
[D] Work Performance:
Performance of the work will be Offsite. Vendor needs to carry work in their office location.
