Government Authority located Columbus, Ohio; USA based organization looking for expert vendor for Dynamics AX 2012 Migration to Dynamics 365 and On going Professional Services Partner.
[A] Budget: Looking for Proposals
[B] Scope of Service:
(1) Vendor needs to provide Dynamics AX 2012 Migration to Dynamics 365 and On going Professional Services Partner to assist the City with planning and executing a migration project from Microsoft Dynamics AX 2012 to Dynamics 365 for Finance and Operations. The partner may also be an ongoing advisor and professional services partner post migration. Services will include the performance of functional and gap analysis of City use of product and reliance on third party solutions or customizations. As some Tyler Insight Extension items are to be added to D365FO core by Microsoft, it is anticipated that Columbus can return closer to the manufacturer’s product and reduce reliance on third party solutions and customizations
- The City implemented Microsoft Dynamics AX 2012, R3 for Public Sector Industry as its financial management system on January 1, 2016. Approximately 600 active users and 7,000 vendor contacts utilize the system to the government authority located in Columbus, OH.
(2) All question had been submitted no later than February 18, 2019.
(3) A contract period will be for two years.
[C] Eligibility:
- Onshore (USA Only);
[D] Work Performance:
Performance of the work will be Offsite. Vendor needs to carry work in their office location.
