[A] Budget: Looking for Proposals
[B] Scope of Service:
(1) Vendor needs to provide institutional and professional claim clearinghouse support services to provide claim scrubbing, errors identification, claim submission and compatibility with the payer software to the government authority located in Columbus, OH.
o Accept File upload or system integration to current billing software
o Browser based portal for staff to review claims, denials, reporting and payments
o Pre-release claim scrubbing and error identification
o Electronic claim submission
o Payor responses (i.e. EDI 835, line item denials or claim level denials)
o Claim Correction and resubmission capabilities
• Vendor must ensure client support to MHAS and provide access to a business hours Help Desk
• Vendor must ensure proper training and technical assistance to MHAS staff.
• Bidder must describe how any PHI and/or HIPAA data that they may receive as a result of this contract will be protected
[C] Eligibility:
Onshore (USA Only)
[D] Work Performance:
Performance of the work will be Offsite. Vendor needs to carry work in their office location.
