[A] Budget: Looking for Proposal
[B] Scope of Service:
(1) Vendor needs to provide paper to digital document scanning, imaging and indexing services using scanning resolution at 200 dpi and 300 dpi in pdf and jpeg file format.
- Digital imaging with indices shall be for all Income tax documents, accounts payable checks and related documentation.
(2) Approximately work volume will be 28,800 Accounts Payable checks and 69,000 Income Tax forms.
(3) All questions must be submitted in writing no later than March 7, 2019.
[C] Eligibility:
- Onshore (USA Only);
[D] Work Performance:
Performance of the work will be Offsite. Vendor needs to carry work in their office location.
