[B] Scope of Service:
(1) Vendor needs to provide food service to the government authority located in Cincinnati, OH.
- Nutritionally balanced menu developed by a registered dietician and tested in a jail or prison with at least 1500 inmates.
-Menu that will meet or exceed nutritional requirements as specified by established jail standards, be a minimum of 2,500 calories per day for adults and 3,000 calories for juveniles.
(2) A pre-bid conference will be held on March 14, 2019.
(3) All the questions must be submitted no later than March 20,2019.
