Vendor needs to provide application management system that leverages technology to improve transparency, accountability, and agency reporting capabilities while streamlining operations for Program waivers. benefits of automation include timeliness throughout the entire application cycle, ease of use for the customer, centralized library content for standardization and consistency, and transparent record keeping with complete audit ability. hosted Software as a Service Application Management System with a dedicated database to manage the application process for approximately 8,000 scholarship applicants, and 300 waiver applicants annually. The requested web-based cloud solution shall have the ability to automate the complete workflow, upload completed applications for review and manage the entire application lifecycle. project management, configuration of scholarships and waivers processes, operations and maintenance, data migration, training and help desk support services. providing the personnel and management necessary to configure, deploy and annually maintain a SaaS solution. This includes creating templates for scholarship and waiver application requirements, tracking of scholarship recipients and waiver applicants, customized training for application managers and waiver managers, and access to an applicant. The system shall provide the ability for to email links to participants, facilities, groups of individuals, and other staffing agencies to access documents created/submitted by applicants.
