[A] Budget: Looking for Proposals
[B] Scope of Service:
(1) Vendor needs to provide enterprise content management solution.
- Execute discovery sessions with the District’s nine budget centers and the associated sub units,
- Establish and validate existing requirement definition,
- Capture and document functional requirements; including workflow, and finally,
- Execute consultation services, platform recommendations and best practices of ECM
- Estimated potential licensing, implementation, and post-production support costs of the recommended solution
- Include strategies or approaches and potential tools in the following areas:
o Change Management
o Processes
o Security
o On-going resource requirements
(2) All questions must be submitted no later than March 25, 2019.
[C] Eligibility:
Onshore (USA Only)
[D] Work Performance:
Performance of the work will be Offsite. Vendor needs to carry work in their office location.
