Government Authority located Columbus, Ohio; USA based organization looking for expert vendor for home and community-based services waiver program.
[A] Budget: Looking for proposal
[B] Scope of Service:
(1) Vendor needs to provide home and community-based services waiver program for Medicaid administered Waiver and the Specialized Recovery Services, programs Compliance, including Provider Applications, Structural Reviews and Incident Investigation, On-site Visits for moderate or high-risk provider types who are applying for a Medicaid.
These oversight activities include, but are not limited to:
• Completing provider eligibility screening as part of the enrollment and revalidation process.
• Completing initial and revalidation applications for waiver providers.
• Communicating with applicants and providers on correcting errors made during the application or revalidation process.
• Conducting on-site visits of moderate and high-risk providers, other ODM identified providers, including HCBS settings evaluation as applicable, and report on findings.
• Conducting on-site visits for Substance Use Disorder (SUD) agencies.
• Performing incident management and investigations.
• Operating an incident alerts process
• Providing an Incident Management Tracking System that will interface with an ODM-approved incident management system(s).
• Providing a Structural Review Information System, which includes the ODM review tool and a portal for provider access.
• Managing provider non-compliance.
• Monitoring providers, including structural reviews of providers.
• Identify possible Medicaid fraud and make appropriate referrals.
• Referring provider overpayments.
• Offering education, training and technical assistance for providers.
• Maintaining an up-to-date provider directory.to the government authority located in Columbus, Ohio.
(2) All inquiries must be submitted no later than April 15,2019.

Onshore (USA Only)
[D] Work Performance:
Performance of the work will be Offsite. Vendor needs to carry work in their office premises.
