[A] Budget: Looking for Proposal
[B] Scope of Service:
(1) Vendor needs to provide electronic video interpretation services for Public Health staff and customers.
- Language interpretation services for persons with limited English proficiency.
- American sign-language services for persons with limited hearing ability.
- Interpretation services are needed for health and social services related issues and clinical appointments for men, women, and children.
- Interpreting and translation services for immigrants and refugees, racially and ethnically diverse populations.
- Video interpretation must include the following languages at a minimum including American Sign Language, Arabic, Bengali, Burmese, Cantonese, Chin, Farsi, French, Haitian etc.
- Ability to work over Windows, iOS, or Android type devices.
- Secure wireless network, and must be able to work on standard web browsers.
- Automated online reporting system via a web-based portal that provides real time call data reports and analysis.
(2) A conference call will be held on April 10, 2019.
(3) All questions must be submitted in writing no later than April 11, 2019.
[C] Eligibility:
- Onshore (USA Only);
[D] Work Performance:
Performance of the work will be Offsite. Vendor needs to carry work in their office location.
