[B] Scope of Service:
(1) Vendor needs to provide railroad property management services for audit of existing license agreements, create database of existing agreements, identify missing or out of date information for each agreement, development of fee schedule, administer new lease, license, rights of entry and private crossing agreements, bill and collect all payments associated with existing and new leases, licenses, rights of entry and private crossing agreements, create and manage database and electronic copies of all leases, licenses, rights of entry and private crossing agreements as well as all associated documentation to the government authority located in Akron, OH.
(2) Contract period will be three years.

- Onshore (USA Only);
[D] Work Performance:
Performance of the work will be Offsite. Vendor needs to carry work in their office location.
