[A] Budget: Looking for Proposal
[B] Scope of Service:
(1) Vendor needs to provide scheduling and dispatching software for Web-based, completely hosted environment, Fully Integrated Industry Standard GIS, Import and map existing data, Capable of exporting all raw data to excel or access, allow for user defined number sequences to be assigned, real-time turn by turn directions, Medicaid billing reconciliation, allow for custom fields that are reportable and allowed format of text, number, checkbox and drop down list, capture client name data, capture client phone number data, capture client emergency contact data, capture client demographic coding data, capture vehicle information for accessible vehicle, capable of modifying the drivers manifest in real time, capable of producing turn-by-turn maps in real time, capable of SMS reminders for impending arrivals, capable of auto scheduling/batching, capable of real time auto scheduling, allow the user to be able to insert a break, meal or out-of-service activity at any point in the sequence of events for a vehicle, and schedule the break to a predefined location, capable of advanced and real time auto scheduling / batching, allow for manual override of all fields, capable of editing records, able to suggest alternative pick-up time when requested time is not available, able to handle one-way, round-trip and multileg trips without having to re-select the rider or re-enter data for subsequent legs, capable of hiding inactive selections, capable of grouping common destinations when scheduling and ensure each scheduler/dispatcher workstation includes
capability of a minimum of two monitors.
(2) A pre-proposal meeting will be held on April 17, 2019.
(3) All questions must be submitted no later than April 22, 2019.
[C] Eligibility:
- Onshore (USA Only);
[D] Work Performance:
Performance of the work will be Offsite. Vendor needs to carry work in their office location.
