[B] Scope of Service:
(1) Vendor needs to provide marketing services for marketing services with an agency that has demonstrated experience in conducting outreach, education and awareness for communities at highest risk of acquiring hiv, specifically men who have sex with men and transgender and gender non-conforming communities, with particular focus on racial and ethnic minority groups within these larger communities.
- State public health seeks a vendor to aid in disseminating the campaign through websites, social media, and radio
- The specific websites include social and dating websites, such as facebook, black gay chat, grinder, growler, jack’d, manhunt and scruff.
(2) All questions must be submitted no later than April 5 to 17, 2019.
(3) The term of the contract shall be one year.

Onshore (USA Only)
[D] Work Performance:
Performance of the work will be Offsite. Vendor needs to carry work in their office location.
