(1) Vendor needs to provide asset management services for a long-term data program, to aviation demand needs, facilitate community development while mitigating environmental impacts, indicate economic benefit and optimize the ability to enhance the service of the airport, including
- Planning and development,
- Improvement plan development,
- Construction management,
- Inspection,
- As-built standards,
- Quality Assurance to the government authority located in Cleveland, OH.
(2) A mandatory pre-qualification conference will be held on May 2, 2019.

[D] Work Performance:
Performance of the work will be Offsite. Vendor needs to carry work in their office location.
