[B] Scope of Service:
(1) Vendor needs to provide hazardous and non-hazardous waste services to the government authority located in Cleveland, OH.
- Pick-up, loading, and transportation services designated locations,
- Furnish transportation to pick up drummed hazardous and non-hazardous waste material,
- Furnish vacuum trucks to pick up semi-solid hazardous and non-hazardous waste material,
- Furnish vacuum trucks to pick up liquid hazardous and non-hazardous waste material
- Pick-up, loading and transportation from additional pick-up points,
- Furnish overpack salvage drums, 85-gallon capacity,
- Furnish field labor, paperwork, sampling activities, labelling, and driver’s assistant,
-  Demurrage charge, trucks of all types, Pumping charges, Furnish power pressure wash equipment,
- Furnish spill containment material, maintain established insurance protection as required in this document, at all times,
- Directing of loading and securing the load to the transportation vehicle, properly marking trucks, devices, and containers, weighing streams for the purposes of invoicing and providing documentation, obtaining all necessary licenses and permits
(2) All the questions must be submitted no later than May 3,2019.
(3) The contract term will be for three years.
