[A] Budget: Looking for Proposal
[B] Scope of Service:
(1) Vendor needs to provide vendor hosted payroll and human resources system and services for maintains a backup of the payroll data in the possession as well as a detailed description of the
procedures that exist for maintaining backup files, ability to make payments to employees on checks prepared, procedures used for recalling an electronic fund transfer when an employee is paid incorrectly, ability to process more than one check for an employee that is in addition to a regular pay check in a pay period, ability to calculate and withhold federal, state, and multiple local taxes from a pay check once they are defined in the system, capacity to produce a check history for each employee and to print the check stub or a summary of the pay check, ability to process payroll using multiple pay frequencies, ability to pay employees using multiple rates, ability to calculate multiple local and school taxes on a single employee check, ability to create files to support the existing interface of employee, ability to extract data in order to edit data to create electronic files for report, ability to process the payroll for six thousand (6,000) poll workers separate, ability to allocate an employee’s payroll across multiple cost accounts, ability to calculate wage garnishments as a percentage of disposable earnings or a flat dollar amount and administer payments of the garnishments to third party vendors, ability to create user-defined plans, ability to generate an interface file for charging the cost of the plan back to employees’ cost accounts in the accounting system, ability to calculate benefits on a tier-based rate and a flat rate, ability to generate internal reports of employees that are enrolled in each benefit plan, ability for employees to view the history of their enrollment and pay check deductions via a secure or encrypted web browser.
(2) All questions must be submitted no later than May 7, 2019.
(3) Contract period will be five years.

- Onshore (USA Only);
[D] Work Performance:
Performance of the work will be Offsite. Vendor needs to carry work in their office location.
