[A] Budget: Looking for Proposals
[B] Scope of Service:
(1) Vendor needs to provide early intervention services for children who are deaf/hard of hearing to the government authority located in Ohio.
- Provide the early intervention service of family training, counselling, and home visits as specified on families’ IFSPs (this includes as a primary or secondary support) to address the unique needs of children who are deaf or hard of hearing
(2) All questions must be submitted no later than May 08, 2019.
(3) Contract period will be for one year.
[C] Eligibility:
Onshore (USA Only)
[D] Work Performance:
Performance of the work will be Offsite. Vendor needs to carry work in their office location.
