[A] Budget: Looking for Proposals
[B] Scope of Service:
(1) Vendor needs to provide community engagement services include gaining feedback on existing policies, obtaining insight to inform future policy decisions, building relationships with people in the community and providing a forum for their concerns to be heard, and communicating to promote transparency and trust, and also include outreach to those who may not normally have an opportunity to participate in public meetings due to work and family responsibilities, transportation issues, communication needs, etc.
- Provide services to plan, develop, and conduct community engagement meetings.
(2) All questions must be submitted no later than May 24, 2019.
(3) The term of the contract shall be three years.
[C] Eligibility:
Onshore (USA Only)
[D] Work Performance:
Performance of the work will be Offsite. Vendor needs to carry work in their office location.
