(1) Vendor needs to provide detailed design and services during construction of the archive, records storage and locker room renovations services provide a design for the former property room which includes shelving, office space renovation, secure storage, hazardous materials evaluation and abatement, and new HVAC equipment.
- Department of Public Utilities has thirty-four file archive and storage rooms spread across three facilities to the government authority located in Columbus, OH.
