Government Authority located in Kent, Ohio; USA based organization looking for expert vendor for online training program.
[A] Budget: Looking for Proposal
[B] Scope of Service:
(1) Vendor needs to provide online training program for faculty, staff and students to the government authority located in Kent, OH.
- seeking a solution to provide an online training program for all faculty, staff and students of the University for the following courses,
- Sexual assault awareness and prevention education for incoming undergraduate, graduate and international students,
- Sexual harassment awareness and response training for employees,
- Harassment and discrimination awareness training for employees,
- Sexual assault prevention for student-athletes and athletic staff and administrators,
- The training programs should be comprehensive on-line technology-based training program designed for the workplace or for the various college student group,
- The program should be able to be extensively customized with the policies and procedures,
- The program should include completion tracking and auto-reminders of progress, the program should also provide a mechanism by which completion tracking may be reported regularly to the university in a format that can be transferred to employee files or student records,
- The program should have robust data collection features to include real-time data analytics and national benchmarking,
- The program should provide 24-hour access to technical assistance,
- The program should also be hosted by company servers for universal accessibility from all locations at all hours, the web site should be monitored for availability around the clock,
- The program should be a campus-wide site licensed on an annual basis and should be available for unlimited use by all employees and up to 12,000 students annually,
- The program should be fully-customizable for including school logos, welcome letters, and other uniquely-identifiable ephemera.
(2) All the questions must be submitted no later than May 24, 2019.
[C] Eligibility:
- Onshore (USA Only);
[D] Work Performance:
Performance of the work will be Offsite. Vendor needs to carry work in their office location.
