[A] Budget: Looking for Proposal
[B] Scope of Service:
(1) Vendor needs to provide youth cantered permanency roundtables project coordinator services in performing ongoing program support, accountability and expansion efforts to the government authority located in Columbus, OH.
- Include providing program management services and providing oversight to support expansion of the program,
- The strategic direction includes goals each with three strategies:
- Accountability: establish cross county evaluation, increase youth engagement, adhere to model fidelity,
- Community: increase agency knowledge base, increase community knowledge base, increase resources,
- Commitment: rebrand and launch, increase communication and collaboration, commitment to practice improvement,
- Administer the youth cantered permanency roundtable program to improve outcomes for children
who are in the custody of public children services agencies,
- Provide ongoing program support to ensure continued success of the program to ensure model fidelity, accountability, county commitment and increased community involvement,
- Expand the youth centred permanency roundtable program to additional counties.
(2) All the questions must be submitted no later than June 12, 2019.

- Onshore (USA Only);
[D] Work Performance:
Performance of the work will be Offsite. Vendor needs to carry work in their office location.
