[A] Budget: Looking for Proposal
[B] Scope of Service:
(1) Vendor needs to provide vending, other foods and cleaning items to the government authority located in Cincinnati, OH.
- To deliver and set up vending machines and one or two-door display refrigerators on site at specified school locations as needed to dispense and merchandise the products and items requested,
- Provider will maintain and be responsible for repairs of equipment,
- To the maximum extent practicable, domestic commodities or products,
- Delivery to each school lunchroom shall be in accordance with the specified delivery schedule once per week minimum,
- Provide monthly reports on product movement and usage figures on all items purchased, and any other requested reports,
- Provide product Codes for traceability must be stamped on all food item packages.
(2) All the questions must be submitted no later than May 29, 2019.
(3) The contract term will be for one year.
