Government Authority located Ohio; USA based organization looking for expert vendor for Enterprise Inventory Management System.
[A] Budget: Looking for Proposals
[B] Scope of Service:
(1) Vendor needs to provide Enterprise Inventory Management System for ability to separately manage and track inventory flow for multiple warehouses in multiple departments.
• Have the ability to categorize inventory items.
• Have the ability to maintain inventory/storeroom by City standard costing structure fund, agency, object code, reporting category.
• Track items issued, track items ordered, track the receipt of items and adjustments.
• Provide for min-max planning and reorder point planning.
• Provide the ability to display a dashboard to users configured based on role and permissions.
• Be compatible with barcode and quick response (QR) code scanning, have ability to attach files or pictures, and the ability to create new user defined fields (text, date, numeric, drop down, etc.)
• Have the ability to customize fields, add fields, and modify field names to match the department’s current inventory tracking methods.
• System should have the ability to track warranties, expiration dates and depreciation on items.
• Have a built in reporting feature with role specific viewing capabilities.
• Provide users with the ability to report on any data entered within the system.
Be compatible with Microsoft Windows 10, as well as tablets, Apple/iOs devices, and other mobile devices. Software must work with all common web browsers.
• Have the ability to import/export data.
• Have the ability to break down consumable usage and spend.
• Have auditing trail capabilities which would track adds, deletions, and modifications to the data.
• Have the ability to manage supply allowances (ie uniforms, equipment, etc.) per user and track or notify both users and administrators when items are requested too soon, in excess of yearly limits, or when the next purchase is allowed.
• Be scalable and have the ability to expand to other departments and lines of business within the organization.
(2) All questions must be submitted no later than June 7, 2019.
(3) A contract period will be for three years.

- Onshore (USA Only);
[D] Work Performance:
Performance of the work will be Offsite. Vendor needs to carry work in their office location.
